As the Chief Data Officer at NXP Semiconductors, he is responsible for shaping the data & AI strategy, driving data and AI-driven decision-making across the organization, enabling digital transformation and value generation.

Prior to NXP, Patrick held key leadership positions at DSM-FIRMENICH, where he has supported business functions to adapt to the challenges brought by digital technologies, converted digital and data strategies into growth and efficiency, as well at facilitating the data analytics literacy, capability building and agile way of working.
